Breakfast: Why And What To Eat

I would like to lose some weight but have always been tripped up by breakfast.  I’ve never been able to settle on a good breakfast that tastes good and holds me over.  I’m still warming to the idea that eating a solid breakfast in the morning will help with the rest of the day.
