What do you do on your birthday?
My birthday is coming up and my wife keeps wanting to know what I want to do for my birthday. I dunno… I never do anything good for my birthday. I always feel like I should do something momentous to mark the occasion. Sure, sometimes you need to dial it down and have a nice quiet time at home with the brood.
My trouble is that “a nice quiet time at home with the brood” is what I ALWAYS do for my birthday. Well, that and every other day.
So I am turning 37. I don’t think I need to do something nutty like go bungee jumping or anything.
