state of the blog
I’m still trying to fix this installation. I’ve decided that there is something basically wrong with the installation and I can’t fix it. I don’t mind re-installing but I need all my old blog-entries so I don’t lose four years of blog postings.
But I’m having trouble exporting the entries. Once I finish exporting the entries I think I may switch platforms to WordPress - it looks simpler. It also looks less flexible and less scalable… but who are we kidding? This is a personal blog with (at most) a handful of readers.
So I think I may switch over to WordPress.
