The computers arrived in Boston 10 minutes ago at 8:15am!
Two days ahead of schedule!
This is both good news and bad news. On one hand, I’m happy they’re here. On the other hand, I need to make sure that either me or Liz is available to receive the packages so them being two days ahead of schedule is NOT convenient!
Sphere: Related Content1. I got a cold. ugh. I’m all stuffed up and my throat is swollen. Its not like I can’t function and it hasn’t kept me home from work — but it has made work even less pleasant than it was before. Fortunately, the little woman has me all stocked up on day-quill and tissues, so all is not lost.
2. The computers have been built and are on their way up here from Tennessee. They’re due to arrive on Friday afternoon. I’m thinking I’ll take a day off from to greet them and to take care of some other errands. I still need to run the ethernet cable from the Den to the playroom, which will require a drill and some crawling around in nasty places. Fortunately, I have the intestinal fortitude and the Ryobi to get this task done.
