I’ve firmed up reservations for a
fishing trip on Sunday September 10th. Its not nearly as convenient as
August 28th — the kids are starting school then. I really wish I could
get 8/28 instead.
Nonetheless I’ve made the reservations. Now I need to come up with 750
big ones. My friends from work will have to come along and share the
cost.
Today was good. The weather was outstanding. I mowed the grass and got
the car all set for the trip. Nothing terribly interesting happened.
I read a hundred pages or so of the fourth Harry Potter book. I’m SO
far behind. I really need to wrap up the last half of this book and get
through two others over the next month or so. Liz and I are going to
some great Harry Potter event in Salem, MA in October.
I’ll write posts from Smugger’s Notch when I can. Maybe I can even upload pictures, who knows?
