I got to the gym again this morning

I haven’t been lifting weights for a while … several weeks… like
six, maybe. I should get back to that aspect of my regimen. It takes
more calories to keep 1lb of muscle healthy than 1lb of fat. And since
I spend such a large chunk of my day sitting on my ass anything that
will increase my metabolism should be particularly effective for me.
I’m thinking I’ll get back to the pool tonight. On the other hand I
want to rebuild my computer and I was hoping to have it mostly complete
this evening. I have to format the HD, install Windows XP and then
install all of the associated programs. And that may take quite a while.
