For breakfast I had a moderate portion of Lamb Korma Kashmiri.
Maybe
three cubes of lamb with a cup of cooked rice.
Lets say 500cal.

For lunch I had:

  • 1 hot dog  147cal
  • 1 bagel w/cream cheese  195cal +50cal = 240cal
  • 1 doughnut 200cal

Dinner:

  • McDonald’s Cobb Salad w/low fat vinagrette 400cal.

Total:   1500
