Maybe
three cubes of lamb with a cup of cooked rice.
Lets say 500cal.
For lunch I had:
- 1 hot dog 147cal
- 1 bagel w/cream cheese 195cal +50cal = 240cal
- 1 doughnut 200cal
Dinner:
- McDonald’s Cobb Salad w/low fat vinagrette 400cal.
Total: 1500
